Are you our next Maintenance Planner?

• We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Wingate, Florida location.  This position is responsible for providing detailed job plans that provide a guide for safe and efficient execution of maintenance jobs.  It is important for this role to collaborate with Production Coordinators, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Project Coordinators, Maintenance Material Coordinators and Maintenance Craftsmen.  This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the CMMS.

What will you do?

• Perform detailed planning of work orders by providing detailed job plans, identifying parts, tools and resources required to execute work in a safe and efficient manner. 
• Provide support to maintain equipment records, bills of materials, PM’s and other records within the CMMS.  Identify parts that need to be added to inventory and provide required documentation.
• Manage the APLAN Work Order Backlog by collaborating with PC’s and Supervisors to prioritize the backlog and keeping it cleaned up.  
• Review Work Order Feedback from Craftsmen and Supervisors.  Adjust job plans and BOM’s as needed and provide responses to the feedback originator.
• Serve as an area resource for CMMS expertise.  Provide training and assistance to area personnel as needed.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or GED certificate and 5 years related maintenance experience -OR- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technical discipline and 1+ years related maintenance experience.
• Experience in Heavy Manufacturing Plant Maintenance (Phosphates industry desired).  
• Maintenance supervision and/or planning experience desirable. 
• Proficiency in advanced project management, planning and scheduling is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (Maximo), Scheduling tools (Primavera, MS project), MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on details. 
• Good motivational, organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
