Accounts Manager / Hydraulics Technician Manager

Our Client is a market leading Hydraulics technology applications company based in Perth WA. They specialise in the design, manufacture and servicing of specialist Hydraulic applications utilised in the Oil & Gas, Mining & Resources industry. Due to their current work load / demand they require the services of an Accounts Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.


The Role will consist of you being responsible for the development, management and coordination of the service and Maintenance contracts on all the Hydraulics systems and components with existing and new clients.


Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the Coordination of jobs on work sites
• Coordinate all Maintenance / Service Contracts
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Establish clients requirements / Provide service and Maintenance quotes
• Undertake reporting as per contractual requirements
• Compliance with OHS / QA regulations
• Promote / Negotiate new Service and Maintenance agreements

Essential Skills: 

• Trade Qualified
• Strong Hydraulics background and understanding of Hydraulic components, systems, testing and Maintenance
• Strong communications / customer and client liaison skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to read mechanical and hydraulic schematic drawings
• Passion for quality and customer service
• Ability to build, Maintain and manage customer / client relationships and expectations

This position is best suited to a qualified Hydraulic Technician who would like to move from the workshop floor into a sales and/or customer service role.
