Lead / Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • To lead, co-ordinate and manage all engineering and design functions for a project, ensuring that appropriate resources, systems, procedures, standards and other mechanisms are in place to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and to the required schedule, cost and quality.

Qualifications:

  • B Tech / BSc (Eng)
  • Professional registration advantageous
  • GCC advantageous

Experience:

  • Must be from a Mining Environment
  • Minimum 8 years in Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management and/or General Management of which:
a minimum of 4 years should be in a in a Project Environment
a minimum of 4 years should be in a Technical/Engineering Environment
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, and legislation
