Sr. Equipment Condition Monitoring Analyst

Job Description:          

• Provide leadership in the development of the Equipment Condition Monitoring Analyst Team and maintain the highest level of safety, client loyalty and support across all areas of[Company] . Ensure the use of effective technologies and develop processes to support and deliver equipment condition monitoring analyst services to our clients to support our Construction and Mining operations. Support ongoing efforts to develop advanced condition monitoring tools, software and processes to keep [Company] on the cutting edge of technology.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive knowledge of [Company]  software tools and business system to extract customer and equipment history
• Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to professionally interact with clients and employees.
• Must have extensive understanding of technical service information, preferably in heavy equipment & mining applications.
• Must have in depth technical knowledge about heavy equipment & mining application systems operation, troubleshooting, and repair; or the exposure to similar technical requirements.
• Must have mechanical aptitude to understand and communicate technical issues throughout all operational areas of[Company] .
• Must have strong verbal and written technical subject communication skills.
• Must have organization and planning skills sufficient to insure personal and delegated work assignments are completed on time.
• Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment.
• Must have acceptable attendance to meet all company standards and requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Bachelor degree in related technical fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years combined education and/or work experience in the Earthmoving and Mining industry.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
