We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a top performing maintenance engineering team.
Reporting to the chief engineer, your knowledge of equipment and mechanical design will be relied upon to support both surface and underground operations. You will provide technical design and planning expertise for capital and expense projects on site; maximize equipment availability, reliability and performance through effective problem solving and maintenance practices; and be responsible for document management and quality control.
 
Our ideal candidate is a Professional Mechanical Engineer OR is an Engineer-In-Training with three to five years of related experience and leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and supervisory skills. Experience with reliability engineering programs (FMEQ, RCM, TQM, etc); and front line/operations supervision an asset.
 
Total compensation includes a competitive base salary, site allowances, stock options, employee ownership incentives, matching pension program, comprehensive benefits, and more.
