QC Inspector - Electrical

This client is a leader in the engineering, construction and services industry.  They have become a prominent part of the energy, petrochemicals, government services and civil infrastructure sectors.  They are currently involved in many prominent mining projects in Australia and can offer you the opportunity for you to develop your experience and career prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a safety leader, comply with health and safety policies and establish a safe working culture
  • Manage and coordinate the inspection requirements to ensure conformance with the project specifications, standards, pertinent legislation and regulations
  • Review vendor supplied QA documentation and equipment against project specifications, client requirements and relevant international and Australian Standards
  • Undertake inspection activities in accordance with inspection and test plans, field inspection check sheets, other electrical related documentation and contract requirements
  • Undertake inspection of electrical works to verify conformance with standards and client specifications
Coordination and management of electrical testing activities
The following experience/skills are required for this position
  • “A” Class WA electrical licence
  • Significant experience in a QC inspector role within EPCM working on mining infrastructure projects
