Financial Acccountant - Mining Industry

• B.Comm Accounting graduate with minimum 3 years accounting experience within the mining industry required to ensure compliant and efficient financial and cash management for international company.
• Must be able to work with intercompany transfers.

Minimum qualification and experience:

• B.Comm Accounting Degree
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience within the mining experience
• Experience with international company transfers advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and enhance financial recording systems
• Reconciliations
• Intercompany confirmation and reviewing creditors recon
• Prepare budgeting guidelines and timetables
• Generate and compile excel budget reports
• Maintain accrual schedule
• Monthly VAT returns
• Compliance with internal control

• Identification of intercompany journals with other subsidiaries
• Processing function
