Job Description
The Area Manager role within this global player will have a heavy focus on winning project business with some of the large Queensland based EPCMs as well as travel to sites to oversee supply and installation of their products. Focusing on a solution based approach to these roles will see you be successful. Handling tender and contract negotiations at a top tier level is a key element of these positions as well as building long term relationships in a competitive and sometimes cut throat market.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally have;

• Strong product knowledge across flow control equipment - ideally pumps/seal/valves
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven sales history in the above mentioned markets at a high end level
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent held is advantageous
• Tender and contract negotiation skills will be highly regarded
