Job Description
Due to consistent growth, our client is seeking to appoint a Reliability Engineer for their operation in the Pilbara. As the Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with the plant's management team to provide expert engineering guidance on plant reliability to optimize plant performance and cost efficiency. You will be responsible for driving a culture of reliability centered maintenance across the engineering and rolling stock teams, whilst implementing and utilizing the key performance indicators to deliver operational excellence. Further duties will include: Developing, implement and maintain the Asset Integrity program. Support capital activities by performing reliability reviews of new projects and developing plans for new installations. Dealing with OEMs to ensure full optimization of equipment is achieved. Support applicable aspects of continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role it is critical that you meet the following criteria;

• You will possess a degree qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• You will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a operational maintenance or reliability engineering role within a mining & minerals, manufacturing or heavy industrial plant.
• As a key figure within the reliability and asset integrity team you will also be expected to have a thorough understanding and practical experience in the application of reliability tools such as RCA, RCM and FMECA.
• It is crucial that you possess the analytical skills and creative engineering competence required to successfully identify and implement continuous improvements across the operation.
• You will have the ability and track record in leading and mentoring teams.
