Job Description
This opportunity will see you working closely with the Senior Desktop Support Engineer.Your main responsibilities will be to act as the escalated point of contact for IT hardware and software trouble shooting issues. These incidents will be handled through face-to-face, remote access and phone based support as the situation requires. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with these situations with professionalism and dedication.

The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have:

• Experience supporting Windows Environments - Win XP/7, Office Suite, Outlook;
• Experience supporting Active Directory;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• MS Exchange 2010;
• Excellent experience with VPN and providing remote desktop assistance;
• Experience with firewall and security software support.
