Signalling Supervisor — Rail

Reporting to the Signals Superintendent, you will be responsible for signalling systems for the whole FMG network, managing the signals team and day to day maintenance and breakdowns. The key duties of the role are as follows:

• Maintaining signalling systems to ensure FMG Operations
• Day to day management of Signal teams at 195km camp and Rowley Yard
• Regularly check and update SWI's.
• Provide technical support to staff
• Provide technical support to Signals Superintendent
• Implement training programs for staff
• Maintain staff levels by managing Roster

To be successful, you must have the following:

• Signalling Certificate Cert IV
• Significant experience in heavy haulage rail line and signalling
• 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team to reach maintenance levels to FMG expectations
• Good understanding of OH&S and EEO policies
• Current WA Electrical License
• Current WA Drivers License
