My Client is a leader in their field operating throughout Australia, and has one of the most respected names in the market place. They both produce and distribute high quality pumps and valves and other associated products.
Due to continued growth an opportunity has become available for a Major Account Manager to target the mining sector. Both through to end users and distributers
There is an extensive database in place to leverage from but my client is looking for a well networked and strong business developer to grow the existing business and generate revenue from new streams.

The Position:
  • Manage a sales territory in Queensland
  • Sell the full range of Technical products including pumps and valves pumps and associated products
  • Business develop and account manage new and existing business
  • Attending various trade shows and events to promote you and the brand
  • Managing a sales budget
  • High level monthly reporting
The ideal professional for this position is someone who has a track record in the following:
  • Background in selling technical Pumps and valves associated products
  • Well networked, within mining, oil and gas
  • Technically minded, engineering qualification will be favorably considered
  • Strong sales acumen and be outcome driven
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Experience working on a state wide level
  • Be prepared to travel interstate on a regular basis
