Senior Marine Supervisor

This amazing opportunity will give you the chance to gain well sort after EPCM experience whilst leading some of the best Tier 1 contractor companies in the market. 

This massive EPCM project is valued in the Billions and is about to commence to the next stage of the expansion offering you long term employment on a contract basis working on this large port expansion. 

As the Senior Marine Supervisor you will work closely alongside the Marine Superintendent and must be able to demonstrate leadership and commitment in relation to the implementation of the HSEC Procedures. 

Other duties will include:

• Supervising large teams of the construction sub contractors 
• Be able to meet project deadlines and ensuring HSE standards are met 
• Monitor the work of contractors and consultants to ensure contract and project objectives are achieved or exceeded 
• Attend kick-off, daily pre-start and weekly meetings with consultants, contractors 
• Maintain documentation relating to work on the contract 
• Supervision of any extra works by contractors and preparation documentation verifying completion of the work and counter sign contractor’s hourly works time sheets

To be considered for the positions you must require: 

• An excellent proven track record of being able to oversee all marine movements and operations 
• A minimum 5 years EPCM experience 
• Experience in Civil, Construction, Concrete, Berths, Jetties and Piling 
• A proven track record working on high value projects in excess of $200 million. 
• Experience of managing large construction teams. 
• Excellent client management and relationship development skills.
