We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual looking to further their career experience to fill the following position as a Principal Hydrogeologist. Based in Melbourne this role will be involved in successfully lead the East Coast groundwater team across projects and train and mentor other senior staff within the water team to enable delivery of projects whilst being commercially aware from a financial basis.
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Optimise project outcomes using high level technical leadership
Promote further business development within this Australia Pacific groundwater business unit
Coaching and mentoring of technical competencies to senior level hydrogeology professionals
Lead large teams across several groundwater/surface water projects throughout Australia Pacific

As an ideal candidate you will have:
8 years + within Hydrogeology
Experience within leading large teams of people on groundwater/surface water projects
Proven track record of training and mentoring teams of highly skilled professionals
Ability to grow and develop business development and manage client relationships
