Specialist Mine Engineering Company has a fantastic position open for a Office Administrator. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified, live in the applicable area and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

The duties of this successful incumbent will include but not be limited be to act as the crucial telephonic link between the company its customers and suppliers other duties would be to provide full administrative support to the branch in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
• Must have minimum 4 years’ experience in general office administration
• Must be computer literate in MS Office
• Must be efficient and accurate with strong administrative skills
• Must be able to accurately make and capture invoice
• Must be able to ensure excellent client services (taking orders, assisting with technical queries, customer complaints)
• Must have excellent telephone etiquette when operating the switchboard
• Proficient administration skills
• Effective data capturing skills
• Ability to efficiently perform all filing duties
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work systematically and well under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
