Department

• The EHS function leads [Company] to world-leading EHS performance by supporting and developing safety and environmental sustainability through ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, product stewardship, Management Based Safety, environmental stewardship, EHS organizational talent etc.

Project

• This position is responsible to develop, promote and support the Management Based Safety Process and the philosophy of 100% Safe throughout the organization.

Tasks

• Communication - develop a communication plan to keep MBS and 100% prominent and distinguished within the organization
• Support - identify key MBS and 100% Safe leaders and to assist and support them as they lead their organizations to 100% Safe
• Training - conduct regular and as needed training for MBS and other safety disciplines.
• Strategic Planning and Program Development - monitor and benchmark world leading organizations and processes to evolve and improve internal safety programs, philosophies and processes as needed.

Requirements

• Candidate must have 5 or more years’ experience in safety or related discipline.  Bachelor's degree in safety or related discipline required,  Master's degree preferred.
