Drilling Coordinator

The Mastermyne Group is a leading provider of specialist services to Australia's booming underground coal mining industry, with 1000 team members across the Bowen Basin, Illawarra and the Hunter Valley.
  
We are looking for highly qualified and motivated Drilling Coordinator to manage a small crew of drillers and ensure the smooth operation of all drilling activities.

Working closely with the Drilling Project Manager you will be responsible for: 

• Ensuring statutory and production targets are met
• Supervising and motivating a small, specialist team
• Developing effective drilling schedules
• Inspections of drilling activities and equipment
• Building strong working relationships with client representatives

To be successful in the role you will ideally have:

• A minimum of 5yrs experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator in-seam directional drilling
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• S1, S2, S3 & G2
• Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
• Experience in the use MS Project & AutoCAD
