Our client is a Leading Western Australia based contractor providing a full suit of construction services to the resources industry. An opportunity exists to join the team as a Senior Project Manager managing specific projects and applying intensive and diversified knowledge of multidiscipline project specific obligations. Specific duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
The planning, development, control and delivery of a main focal point for a large $multi-million capital project.
To serve as the primary project management representative, responsible for all function, cost, schedule and execution of all project deliverables (design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up).
To plan, outline and manage all schedules and budgets in accordance with the overall project goals (scope, execution plan, schedule, estimate, risk mitigation and management, contract).
Taking responsibility for the project and representing it to the overall programme team and client representatives.
Further accountabilities extend to compilation of estimates & tenders, development of procedures and criteria on complex projects. You will also work with the General Manager to estimate and compile tenders & submissions for high profile clients in the region.
