The environment within this exciting Brisbane based technical group is busy, hardworking and highly productive. The day to day demands of its clients seeking solutions to the constraints groundwater issues place on their resources project in turn puts pressure on this group's Hydrogeologists. Ensuring projects are completed for major mining and oil & gas companies whilst managing the development of a group of talented groundwater specialists requires a senior professional with strong technical, commercial and people management skills.
At a Senior Principal or Principal Hydrogeologist level you will relish the opportunity to work closely with senior client partners to find solutions to their problems whilst enjoying the cut and thrust of a highly technical and productive consulting environment.
You will direct a number of Hydrogeologists at varying levels of experience managing a rich and diverse range of projects. As their leader you will enjoy the mentoring and management aspect of this role providing appropriate guidance when required. You will promote a collaborative and team focussed environment. As a Hydrogeologist you will thrive in providing technical leadership to this team and ensure the strategy of the group is client focused. Further, this role will also give you a platform to provide strategic input into to the development of the group as a whole.
