Senior Ecologist

Salary: £30000 - £35000

My client is a professional environmental consultancy specialising in services including ecology, impact assessment and habitat management. They are looking to expand the team in Gloucestershire with a Senior Ecologist.

The ideal Senior Ecologist will have at least 3 years previous consultancy experience, having carried out a variety of protected species surveys including bat, GCN and habitat surveys. You will hold at least one protected species licence, with additional licences being beneficial.

As a Senior Ecologist you will be responsible for carrying out and co-ordinating a range of surveys, being heavily involved with project management. You will be involved in Ecological Impact Assessment and will also be required to write reports and design mitigations schemes.
