Mechanical Fitter

We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join the fixed plant mining team of a large Gold producing operator. With the further expansion of a number of mine sites a new and challenging role has arisen to bring on an experienced Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter.

The role will see you joining an existing mechanical team as a fixed plant mechanical fitter responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of all processing equipment including Crushers, Conveyors and Mill operations, to be successful you will hold a mechanical fitter trade qualification, have a proven mining history ideally with a detailed knowledge of gold processing and have a valid High Risk licence including CN crane operation.

In return for meeting this criteria our client offers an ongoing contract with competitive rates, good  site accommodation and a productive working environment. The roster will be a 2-1 roster.
