Site Administrator

My client is an international consultancy specializing in civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental engineers and consultants who specialize in supporting the building, infrastructure and mining sectors.
Due to new projects my client is now requiring to appoint a Site Administrator, preferably with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Administration role.
 
Requirements

• Project experience preferred
• Experience with using the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using AMEX and InFlight desired

Role

• Take care of Project travel, accommodation and other bookings
• Organize transportation
• Conduct minutes and maintain filing
• Audit and maintain travel files to ensure accuracy
• Respond to incoming queries
• Collate information for HSE reporting
• Maintain office through general administration duties

This position you will need to be able to use your excellent organization skills to help make a difference for the Project team.  This position could see you be a part of some exciting projects with a company that has global reach with it's projects.
