This Queensland consultancy originally commenced as a Civil/Structural company and has successfully expanded its operations to include Mining and Mineral Processing, Environmental, Asset Management and Geotechnical Services.
You will join a team of three Geotech engineer with a possible long term opportunity to manage the area.
About the Role
As part of the Geotech Engineering team you will be responsible for tasks such as Road Design, Dam Design and Bank and Rock Wall Stabilisation. With an established name in the industry you will find yourself exceptionally busy with an extensive pipeline of work in these areas.
You will need to be prepared to work both in an office based environment and on site.
As you are experienced in this area you will be required to provide leadership and mentoring to more junior engineers.
About You
This position will require you to have a degree in civil engineering or in another relevant filed. The ideal person will have over 5 years of experience in Geotech engineering with a mixture of both design and site based work.
The most suitable person for this position will have a long term career mindset with ambitions of managing an engineering division. Previous experience managing and mentoring staff will work to your advantage.
