Leading consultancy with very strong links to the mining sector in Australia and oversea is seeking an experienced Resource Geologist to join thier Brisbane office.
THE ROLE Whilst enjoying the benefits of a Monday - Friday city based lifestyle and a good work life balance, you will have the opportunity to use and develop your experience across a range of exciting projects throughout Australia. In this challenging, rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
- Geological modelling, resource estimation and evaluation
- Developing cutting edge resource modeling methodologies
- Due diligence, feasibility studies and geological reports
YOU You should possess tertiary qualifications in Geology, have
4-7 years Resource Geology experience in metalliferous. Previous experience in a consultancy role is ideal but no means essential. Previous exposure to
geological modelling software will be highly regarded.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the vicinity of $150,000k - $170,000k + benefits.
