Recruitment Specialist

Experienced senior recruiter with solid mining industry experience is required for a global company in the mining sector, the role is to support current operations globally. Responsible for delivering on all recruitment requirements within reasonable time frames.

Requirements:

• Relevant business degree, with a related and relevant post-graduate qualification in Finance or similar would be an advantage.

Experience:

• HR qualification
• At least 5 years experience in a similar field experience with mining recruitment processes is crucial
• Relevant recruitment courses

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle from identifying business needs right through to successful placement of candidates.
• Must be able to compile data, work with recruitment systems.
• Excellent communicator, ability to build and maintain relationships with HR managers, hiring managers and operations director.
• Ability to be clear on expectations and manage boundaries to all parties concerned.
• Guide and support hiring managers through recruitment process as well as manage candidates expectations
• Experience with job boards and social media.
• Flexible and able to travel (extensive travelling is required).
