Senior HR Specialist

Great development opportunity within a mining company, the Senior HR specialist will be exposed to business planning and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be expected to establish solid commitment between employee, customers and investor through Business Awareness and Strategic Planning, as well as the execution and optimization HR functions. 
• Problem solving, prioritization & planning; change leadership and achievement of strategic business goals.
• As part of the portfolio one will also be required to facilitate sound workforce relationships through coaching, consulting, negotiating, and counseling as well as manage application, deployment and development of employees, to maximize the benefit to the business as well as to employees.
