Proposals Manager

To assist the various area managers in securing sales to achieve the company objectives. The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the preparation of technical specifications and associated costs for a tender.

  • Engineering Degree or NHD
  • Min 10 years experience in an engineering environment (preferably mining and minerals) at management level.
  • In-depth understanding of project order and execution. 
  • Understanding of financials. 
  • Conversant in planning software packages
