- Good understanding of SHE systems, the BPF Process and Risk Assessment
- Must have programming experience in the following applications/areas:
Microsoft Silverlight, Macromedia, Adobe Flash Professional, Flash Builder, C#, Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Adobe PDF Forms, Microsoft Word and Excel Forms creation, Database and .csv integration, export and importing of data fields, Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010 Designer, Web Designing, Web Hosting, Forefront Unified Access Gateway, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Animation and .gif file creation, WYS/WIG editors and source code editing, HTML5, Oracle business solutions, Cloud Computing, Mobile devices integration, Touch device integration
Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to)
- Design and integration of a job template application or website
- Importing and exporting data from current systems
- Workflow or process flow development
- Accurate documentation of all activities pertaining to the development process
- Capturing of data from current risk assessments and job templates into the new system
- Reporting to the SHE Systems Developer and Senior SHE Manager
- Creative input into the design, implementation and maintenance of the application
- Must be able to work independently, but also in a team environment
- Coordinate workshops, demonstrations and training on the developed system
