Electrical Drafting Engineer

Our client has an urgent vacancy for an Electrical Drafting Engineer with design experience in the mining industry. The incumbent must be willing to relocate to the Northern Cape (Kathu, Kuruman)

Minimum requirements:

  • National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (heavy current) and relevant draughting qualification
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Must know how to use the basics of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Able to generate interconnection and line diagram drawings with regards to electrical reticulation (including main and substations and control panels)
  • Must have good knowledge with regards to CAD data management
  • Experience in Auto CAD
  • Experience in writing, planning, production, installation and maintenance will be an advantage
