The Client
ASX listed emerging gold producer and exploration company operating in highly prospective regions of the Ashburton, West Pilbara, Murchison and Kimberley, Western Australia.
 
The Role
Alt UG Manager working at the companies key asset which is a high grade, high margin Gold Mine in the Ashburton/Pilbara Region, within a 365km2 tenement.   Fully operational mine with a decline developed to 500+ metres below surface, 350,000 tonnes per annum processing facility that achieves 95% gold recoveries and a modern camp/office facility.    

• Management of mining contractors
• Operational reporting
• Goal setting and management of Mine Supervision team
• Drive production targets underground with a priority on safety
• Internal and external leadership training
• Financial management

The Candidate
Existing Alt UG Managers will be well received as will Senior Engineers with First Class Ticket looking to take a step up.  Relevant tertiary qualifications/experienced and ticket qualified.
