Job Details

Human Resource Business Partner needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner to perform general HR duties such as providing operational support and guidance on employee relations, performance and talent management, coordinating training and development, recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, coordinating company-wide talent reviews and preparing talent inventories, policies, procedures and programme development.
  • Ideally you will have a relevant degree in HR or Industrial Psychology. 
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as HR Generalist in a mining environment is essential.
