Role: 
As a skilled Foundry Manufacturing Manager with prior experience in the foundry environment, you will be managing a team of over 100+ staff. You will also be responsible for increasing production and project outcomes, budget management, staff management, industrial relations, occupational health and safety and compliance relating to the foundry. 

This role will require you to be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a focus for quality: 

To be considered for this role you must have: 

• Experience in foundry operations and management 
• Experience in managing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Health and Safety, Compliance issues 
• Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy and/or Mechanical Engineering 
• Proven knowledge of pattern making, casting, runners/rises 
• Strong experience in financial management, planning and scheduling 
• Demonstrable experience in meeting production deadlines 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - with the ability to communicate with other on all levels
