This position is with a reputable employer in the region and being based just a couple of hours from the coast and close to main coastal towns this is an opportunity to enjoy the best Central Queensland has to offer. You would be working closely with the Development Superintendent and would be responsible for providing technical assistance across the site, and have the proven ability to share your knowledge and mentor your team to ensure continued success.


Your role will encompass the standard requirements of such a role, however you will have to deliver on a certain number of key areas. Those being the reliability, safety and availability of on-site equipment. Naturally you will ensure that all machinery is running at maximum efficiency and in a safe productive manner.


What we need from you:

• Electrical trade qualifications
• Significant experience within underground coal mining
• Specific experience working within Development
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Display high levels of drive and motivation on a day to day basis
