Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Compile, collate and maintain CREDO development indicators data base
  • Track, collate and maintain CREDO program, project and activities progress
  • Prepare regular progress reports based on CREDO monitoring and Evaluation system
  • Conduct special research assignments as determined by CREDO
  • Track and analyze individual staff performance based on project progress
  • Provide analysis of CREDO department performance
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Quantity Survey, Social Science/Sociology, Statistics, Community Development or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): with experience in community development, knowledgeable in program management and evaluation, Proficient in Excel.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Canatuan.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
