They have an outstanding reputation in relation to their safety, performance and culture within the organisation and are now looking for a Reliability Engineer to join their team in Bunbury.
 
Role
 
Reporting to the Engineering and Reliability Superintendent you will be responsible for the delivery of engineering capabilities to foster and promote continuous improvement in safety, environment, cost and production outcomes. 


Responsibilities; 

• Provide technical expertise in support of reliability improvement, reliability centered maintenance efforts, problem diagnosis, equipment efficiency, operational and improvements.
• Ensure the ongoing development of condition monitoring as a diagnostic tool.
• Contribute to adherence to safe working practices, high quality workmanship, and a proactive approach to teamwork, continuous improvement and cost-reduction.
• Input, maintain, review and retrieve data in the company information system (eg SAP) for planning and analysis activities.

Skills and experience;

• Mechanical Engineering qualifications
• Manufacturing, mining or heavy plant equipment experience
• Safety first attitude
• Good communication skills
