My client is one of the recognised leaders in Australia manufacturing and supplying an extensive range of mechanical seals, hydraulic and pneumatic gaskets to a range of industries. Over the last 10 years they have experience rapid growth from the Mining industry supplying to major OEMs and Miners. This opportunity has risen from an internal promotion as the company promotes heavily from within. You will be experience in Business Development and Account Management with a strong technical understand and aptitude to continue there growing expansion within the regions Mining industry



The opportunity:

Reporting to the state sales manager your responsibility will be to heavily target new accounts across the region whilst maintaining and developing a group of existing accounts. It is essential that you can work autonomously, have experiencing prospecting and quoting and closing business. You will be supported by an experience management structure and given any training to help get you up to speed and keep you ahead of the field.



The successful applicant:

The successful applicant for this opportunity will have at least:

- Minimum 5 years selling a mechanical sollution eg. Seals and gaskets

- Minimum 2 years selling into the Mining industry with industry contacts

- A track record of achieving sales targets

 
On Offer:

On offer for this position is an attractive package of 110,000 including a 70,000 neg Base Salary + Comms + Car + Tools + Super. However there is an ability to negotiate depending upon your experience and your expected return on investment. As well as the package there will be opportunities to move into a leadership position as the team and office continues to grow.
