- Tertiary qualifications
- Negotiations and management of Indigenous stakeholders
- Excavation and site assessments
- Management of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Management plans
- Strong report writing and oral communication skills
- Government relations
- Aboriginal Archaeological Surveys
- Detailed knowledge of NSW legislation
