Deputy/Undermanager

• Deputy/Undermanager - Monday to Friday Roster
• Location - Close to Tamworth NSW - Relocation Role
• $200-$207 K - inclusive of super plus relocation and rental assistance

This exciting role is for a brand new mine which only started up last year. This operation is set up to be a world leader in the coal mining industry and has a long life ahead of itself. All the equipment is brand new, and this company will offer you the opportunity to join a vibrant mining company in its early stages of growth and development.

Skills and Experience:

• Must have excellent communication and be able to react quickly to coordinate required responses
• Must have a thorough understanding of mining processes and a desire to achieve "Safe Coal"
• Site induction and Coal Mine workers Health Scheme
• Functional Capacity Evaluation
• Experience and accountability of a small team of operators, fitters and electricians

Qualifications:
Essential: 

• QMS1, QMS2, QMS3
• Facilitate the Risk Management Process
• Third Class Mine Manager (Deputies) certificate of competency
• High Level of Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
• Experience in underground supervisory roles and coordination of large work groups
