About the Role
As a Materials Handling Engineer this role sits within a stand alone area of the business which works across all of the major projects. The role will be a design and design management focused role working on all aspects of Materials Handling including Chutes, Crushers, Grinders and Conveyors.
Sitting within the Materials Handling Division, the role will initially focus on a number of Coal projects in Australia and SE Asia however experience and desire to work with other commodities is highly desirable.
This is a permanent role working in a central Brisbane office location. Subsequently the successful candidate must be Brisbane based or willing to relocate - no FIFO will be offered for this role.
About You
You will be a Degree Qualified Mechanical Engineer with a passion for the Materials Handling aspect of major mining and resource projects.
You should have demonstrable experience working on Materials Handling
projects with particular focus on Coal projects.
A strong design background is essential and experience working with a reputable and established EPCM or Engineering Consultancy is essential.
You should be eligible for RPEQ and have demonstrated commitment to a previous employer for a period of time.
