Responsibilities:
  • Handling all HR & GA job and functionsat Site
  • Recruitment process
  • Industrial relation matters
  • Employee training
  • Handling company permit and expatriate document
Requirements:
  • Male, Max. 35 years old
  • Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in Law or Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4
  • Having min. 3 years experience as HR in reputable mining companies, preferable from mining company
  • Understand Labour Law, HR procedure and policy.
  • Understand payroll, Recruitment and Overtime
  • Good interpersonal, and communication skills with any levels
  • Excellent English is a must
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
  • Ready to be placed at Jambi
