Business Systems Improvement Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement action plans that address IMS issues
  • Establish and measure standards in accordance with specified guidelines
  • Recommend communication strategies to identify and approve IMS issues corporate-wide
  • Consult division / department heads for systems improvement
  • Direct implementation of new standards into practice
  • Understand new trends, conditions and availability of new international business system
  • Prepare Monthly Report on updates and activities of BSI in the corporate and other sites or subsidiaries
Requirements:
  • College  degree  in  Mining/Metallurgical  (preferred),  Industrial  or  Environmental  Engineering, Industrial Psychology or any related course
  • Excellent quantitative analysis, project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently
  • Preferably Lead Auditor in QMS, EMS or OHSAS
  • Supervisory,management and networking capabilities
  • Willing to be assigned in Baguio
