Drilling Specialist

International company is looking to employ a degreed drilling specialist with 8-10 years experience in the oil and gas / onshore and offshore industry in Australia Perth.

Company pays towards relocation costs.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years Engineering Degree (completed)
• Vaild passport
• 8-10 years exp. in oil and gas / onshore / offshore
• Code 08 / own transport
• Clean criminal / clean SARS

Job Specification

• A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years directly related experience.
• Must have experience with subsea wellheads and associated running tools, along with drill pipe and BHA design, hydraulics, casing running procedures and tools, cementing practices, optimizing dual activity capability and operational procedures that include OE safe-guards along with daily report preparation.
• Strong emphasis on safety of personnel and assuring compliance with all applicable environmental regulations & policies.
• Demonstrated hard skills and technical experience in drilling and completion operations.
• Experience in developing well operational procedures including writing POA's, JSA, calculating hydraulics, Torque Drag, cement calculations and the overall ability to drive continuous improvement through a detailed focus improving reliability and efficiency.
• Works well with others in a multi-functional team environment.
• Must be capable of evaluating service partner proposals and technical plans.
