Our client, a rapidly growing provider of civil earthworks, road maintenance and site-based services operating throughout the Pilbara, are currently seeking a number of experienced HC/MC Truck Drivers for FIFO roles in the Pilbara.


Working alongside the team of Mobile Plant Operators, you will be required to assist with the construction and maintenance of haul and access roads on a day to day basis.  Candidates with previous experience on road trains and water tankers are encouraged to apply.  A minimum of a HC Licence is required for these positions.


To be considered for this role you must possess as a minimum:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil earthworks, road construction and/or maintenance.
  • White Card
  • Relevant Licences / certifications
  • Loader Ticket (preferred)
  • HC Licence (MC Licence viewed favourably)
  • White Card
  • Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a full medical and D&A test

The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate:

  • An awareness of and commitment to all aspects of site safety, including pre-starts, toolbox meetings, JHA’s, etc.
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including colleagues, supervisors, other contractors, and clients.
  • Relevant licences/certifications (or substantial completion towards same).
  • Some demonstrable experience in mine site or construction activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, programs and workplace obligations.
  • An affinity and understanding of indigenous people and their culture.
These roles will be available for an immediate start and following an initial trial period will be full time permanent positions.  An outstanding annual salary, reimbursement of interstate flights, and a family friendly 2x2 roster will be offered for the successful applicants in return for working 12 hour days.
