HRIS Reporting Analyst - SAP - Mining Company - Southbank

Successful global resources firm, working within the development and exploration of metals, are looking for increased support at their Head Office in Melbourne, within the HRIS team.

Working within a team of 10, you will report into the HRIS Team Leader.   Utilising SAP, you will be responsible for providing all analysis and reporting in their shared services environment.  You must be comfortable dealing with conflicting priorities and be able to manage your own workload accordingly.

This is an immediate requirement so the ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.  

Key skills required:

• HR demographic and Payroll/wage reporting through SAP - Australian SAP experience is critical
• Answering HR ad-hoc queries
• Analysing and interpreting data
• Maintaining data integrity in SAP
• Extensive problem solving
• Advanced MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
