Training Coordinator - O&M

Department Description

  • Responsible for the coordination, logistics, the on time delivery and quality of the trainings executed by [Company] Institute Minerals, guaranteeing the complete satisfaction of the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics for the O&M training department in the minerals organization.
  • Coordinate with Senior training engineers, Super Center training managers / coordinators and O&M site training superintendents the requirements for the execution of the trainings in Capital, Customer Service, Public and Private seminars as well as internal training among the other FLS Institute entities.
  • Seek venues and negotiate best prices for national and international seminars ensuring the requirements set by the Institute.
  • Establish in country printing capabilities to reduce cost to the seminars.
  • Attend to some of the Expo's and become the primary focus of information to the customer.
  • Implement and maintain department metrics and KPI’s according to the specifications set by the [Company] Institute Global.
  • Co-manage with Training manager the proposals and invoicing for the training services.
  • Support the budgeting process in the training department.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other [Company] Institute entities, marketing campaign for the Institute in Minerals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Business Administration or Business Development or equivalent.
  • Professional attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven team player with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) other languages are a plus.
  • Coordinating, Scheduling, Planning, Organizing and or Management Skills Training.
  • Project Management
  • Travel: Requires up to 20% travel to the different sites where there will be held aftermarket training services and /or we have [Company] offices to coordinate with local managers.
