WYN Recruitment are urgently seeking a highly experienced Structural Mechanical Supervisor for one of the worlds largest EPCM consultancies, which will be offering you the chance to jump on board an ongoing contract, which could then lead to other jobs within Australia and around the world with this company.
The mine was recently given the go ahead for a new expansion phase, moving it from an open cut project and taking it underground. This phase will be predominantly underground construction and installation requiring high quality development and engineering excellence.
The mine covers around 450,000 square meters and reaches a depth about 600 meters at its deepest point. The open cut is nearing the end of its life and is due to close this year and progress completely underground.
For this role we will require someone with substantial experience within the Mining Industry covering all aspects of materials handling who is happy working underground.
As the Underground Materials Handling Supervisor you must have the following skills:
A minimum 6 years experience working with heavy materials handling equipment
A minimum 7 years experience in Supervision working on large scale projects
A minimum 4 years EPCM experience
A proven track record leading large teams
Experience and willing to work underground
Be able to work in harsh and remote conditions
This ongoing contract will be offering excellent rosters and top rates of pay per hour to hard working and dedicated employees along with the chance to work on future projects for the consultancy. You MUST also be able to show a proven track record and be fully coherent with Australian standards.
