This contractor has recently been awarded multiple $million-dollar projects and with this large WA mining project currently underway, an opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Operations Manager to come on board to provide support in relation to key construction, in particular Concrete Structures.
Your years of experience in Civil Engineering and/or heavy Civil construction background will be rewarded with a generous salary package and great work autonomy in this highly people orientated family owned and operated business.
General duties and responsibilities will be:
Managing and executing project deliveries
Liaising with other Construction Managers internally to ensure projects are on track as scheduled
Advise on methods of best practice, working, safety and risk assessments
Maintaining positive relations
Supervision of Construction works
Achieving cost effective operations
Determining workforce requirements and coordinating established area operational plans
Formal tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and 15+ years of experience in Civil Construction are essential for this role. This position will suit a highly independent and enthusiastic individual with great interpersonal skills.
