Job Description
As a Maintenance Strategist , you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of detailed maintenance work management packs and plans for brownfield and greenfield projects across the Australian mining and minerals industry. In addition you will also have the opportunity to support experienced asset management professionals in the execution of reliability engineering and strategic asset management initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role it is vital that you meet the following criteria;

• You will have a trade qualification or a tertiary qualification within an engineering discipline.
• As a Maintenance Strategist, you will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years experience across a mining or heavy industry manufacturing operations, coupled with a detailed knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
• You will have a thorough knowledge of a variety of CMMS packages, ideally SAP or Oracle.

As a member of a professional and competent asset management and maintenance consulting team, you will be able to work within a fast paced and diverse environment and able to work with people of all levels. In addition, you will possess the interpersonal style, gravitas and commercial acumen requited to thrive within a asset management consulting firm.
