An exciting and rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated, driven and experienced Specialist Training Advisor. This office based role in Gladstone, will see you assisting in the undertaking of training improvement procedures, as well as providing training assessment guidance across this successful business’s operations.


Within this role, you will be reporting into the SHET Manager and be responsible for:

• Assisting in the identification of competency requirements and develop associated training plans
• Develop, deliver and assess accredited training and non-accredited training packages
• Provide advice, and work alongside the SHET Manager Training Administration Superintendent to abide by ATQF standards and to maintain the organisations RTO
• Compliance reporting and continuous improvement activities
• Travel to various mining and civil Client Sites

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar position within mining/civil industries
• Certificate IV Workplace Assessor and Trainer
• Proven experience in providing HSE advice
• Experience with competency based training legislation, codes and standards
• Experience working with training systems, both on site and in corporate environments
