Assembler

Job Description
The duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Personnel will perform routine and repetitive work while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity.
• Assemble highly repetitive units, sub final assemblies having a number of parts on bench or assembly lines, align and insure free action of movable parts.
• Operate Vibra Seal table and make simple adjustments as required to maintain quality.
• Responsible for removing machine burrs from parts using hand deburring tools.
• Use bench type power and hand tools, soldering equipment, simple testing devices, and gauging.
• Follow instructions for packaging finished parts using established manual methods and/or packaging machines.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain all applicable documentation.
• Recognize defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship, etc. with the use of visual aids.
• Methods are prescribed and standardized; work is supervised.
• All personnel are required to keep their work area clean and maintain a high degree of safety.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
